Four Views on the Book of Revelation

The Book of Revelation is one of the most confusing books of the New Testament. This is due in part to four different ways that the church has interpreted the book throughout church history. Many do not understand these different approaches, but in this seminar, we will explore these.

In the first part of our seminar, each of our participants will aim to give a convincing case for one of the viewpoints. The presenter may not necessarily hold to that position but will aim to represent it accurately.

After a break for lunch, we will have a panel with our four presenters. Each will give their opinion on several controversial passages in the book of Revelation. Those participating in the seminar will be able to ask questions about the way our presenters gave their viewpoint, too.

The Seminar will conclude with a wrap up session where we will seek to find some unity in the diversity of opinion. It will also point to some growing edges on the understanding of the Book of Revelation.

The Seminar will be held at the Central Schwenkfelder Church on Saturday, January 24 from 10:00 until 3:00. Lunch will be included if registration is received by Tuesday, January 20.

Seminar cost with lunch included - $50. You may join by Zoom for a cost of $30.
